Cancellation Policy

We kindly request 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge, and no-shows will be charged full price. We understand emergencies happen; please reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients. The full treatment cost still applies. If more than 20-25 minutes late: Your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. Repeat lateness: Clients who are late more than twice may be asked to pre-pay in full prior to the appointments.
